Pomson - Community Fix

A community fix for the Pomson 6000's critical hit particles, which currently does not exist, confusing players when they get one-shot by the projectile. ALL changes are done through the particle engine, no custom coding needed from Valve. Purposely subtle and in-line with TF2’s crit particles. Most noticable when a projectile is coming towards the player. Changes - Created 2 new particle system parents for the game to pull from when the Pomson is critted. - New systems include particles commonly found with critical hits, including their colors and brightness, translated for the Pomson projectile. Not available as a mod, but is on the Github for bug fixes.
