A rotating winter-based unusual effect, and my 4th self made unusual! Wanted to shoot for something that builds on the Winter 2020 snow tornado effects, but make it more of a calm, storm like thing, a circular motion akin to the Fragmented line from Smissmass 2019. I've made it a team coloured effect, with RED being more pale white with a SLIGHT hint of red, whereas BLU is the nice (and common) blue + purple.
