Unusual Effect: A Shimmer of Winter

This would be my second fully self made unusual effect. The concept came from a simple stock photo of a beautiful snowy and mountain winter landscape with a bright, pink & yellowish dawn. The effect features the aforementioned calm, hazy atmosphere with soft pink, yellow and orange tones. There's minimal snowfall that looks soothing, calm but very alive. The sun shines brighter than ever, although sometimes shrouded in the pink morning mist. There's outline glow on the hat's model to furtherly emphasize the early morning sun. It's a beautiful shimmer of the winter season to come. Also decided to do the promo work all on my own, with some help alongside critical particle consultation from my friend and fellow workshop artist SleyGD.
