Kill-a-Watt and Terror-Watt Fix [ACCEPTED]

Edit: This fix has been implemented in the 2025 Smissmas update. Kill-a-Watt and Terror-Watt are both unusual effects that were created by Valve in 2013 and this submission is a bug fix for them. The issue is that these two effects jump from wherever the player was last standing and stretches out to reach the new location of the player if the control point of the effect happens to seemingly teleport. This unintended behavior happens to all classes but it most often happens when a Spy with this effect removes their disguise which results in the effect giving away their location. This stretch can go through walls and span across the entire map. This submission contains these two effects that have been extracted from the latest item_fx.pcf. Inside, it has renamed "unusual_zap_yellow" to "unusual_zap_yellow_child" and "unusual_zap_green" to "unusual_zap_green_child". Two empty particle system definitions were created and named "unusual_zap_yellow" and "unusual_zap_green". (Both of these empty systems should ideally have the max particle count set to 1.) "unusual_zap_yellow_child" was added as a child to the empty "unusual_zap_yellow". "unusual_zap_green_child" was added as a child to the empty "unusual_zap_green". These fixes should be copied into tf/particles/item_fx.pcf to overwrite "unusual_zap_yellow" and "unusual_zap_green". This fix does not visually alter the effect itself. Many other effects in the game already use this fix to get around unintended particle behavior.
