Based on the Eerie and Spooky crates. Featuring new Photo-Reactive Tech, this unusual effect changes based on the lighting you are in. When in dark and mid lighting environments, the unusual effect will have green particles from the Eerie crate. However, when exposed to a light source such as a lighting fixture or the sun, the effect changes to look like the purple Spooky crate. Also uses Position-on-Model to adjust itself and spawn based on your hat's size and shape, as well as using Outline Tech to create the glows and rimlights.
