Zens Combination Locks

What Is This? This mod overhauls how combination locks work in DayZ. It's designed to enhance the vanilla experience and is best suited for lightly modded servers, although it works with most popular basebuilding mods. Combination locks will now remember the players who enter the code - much like the Code Lock mod. You only need to enter the code once, then the door will open for you without needing to enter the code again. There are two lock-opening options the server can choose from: instant open, and a slow open. Instant open works like the Code Lock mod - press F and the door/gate will open instantly. The slow option simulates entering the code - so you need to cycle through a few "pretend" combination dial actions before the door will open (for a more authentic hardcore DayZ experience). Servers can adjust how many cycles are required, by default it's set to 1 cycle per digit on the lock. This mod also includes a few other optional features, such as displaying the code on the screen while dialing, interacting with locks & gates from anywhere on the object, it adds several new combination locks (with up to 9 digits), and a new raiding option using a Bolt Cutter tool to break the locks. These features can be turned on or off based on the server config. Please report any bugs or mistranslations and I'll fix them ASAP - or feel free to fix them yourself and repack, it's open source (more info below). Note: This mod may conflict with other mods that either modify combination lock behaviour or fence behaviour (especially base-building mods). I can make no guarantees for compatibility with other mods and don't have time to make it work with them all. Known Compatibility (Last Updated September 2024): - CodeLock: Seems fully compatible. - BuildingFortifications: Seems fully compatible. - EvenMoreDoors: Seems fully compatible. - BaseBuildingPlus: Seems fully compatible. - RaG Basebuilding: Seems fully compatible. Given the complexity of that mod I probably won't try unless it's a popular request, as most servers run code locks with Exp anyway. Experimental for 1.23 test random crash on rapid fire at Raptors No Reuploads /repacks /edits to any steam profile other than this one here There are several scummy folks trying to reupload my work and water down the IP by allowing repacking of their stolen content then ripping from that and so on ,sadly this takes time from my enjoyment, i am making a list of the scum and if it continues i will simply walk away, its a hobby that`s turning into a Hatred. Fortunately steam actually removed a full account so i have some protection but nobody likes having to resort to that each day . Adds various repair stations for you to place throughout your map. They are placed via editor and cannot be moved in game. They repair items to pristine, though they still cannot repair ruined items. Stations: - Weapon Repair Station: derived from weapon cleaning kit - Sewing Station: derived from sewing kit - Leather Working Station: derived from leather repair kit - Sharpening Station: derived from sharpening stone - Industrial Tape Station: derived from duct tape - Electronics Repair Station: derived from electronics repair kit - Epoxy Station: derived from epoxy. - Welding Station: all-new, fixes car body panels. - Woodworking Station: all-new, fixes wooden items. All stations can repair some items that their base game counterparts cannot, as I thought some things that can't be repaired should be repairable. There are too many to list though, so you'll have to figure those out for yourself :) This mod is a work in progress - though it is relatively stable, please report any bugs you find and I'll fix them ASAP. Map Assets - Mutated Mods ZOMBIES NOW DON'T WALK THROUGH THE MODELS!!! HOPE YOU'S ENJOY! This was mainly inspired because there is not a lot of models out there for people to make bunker's and compound's out of, so I made this pack. This pack includes 159 Models and about 5-10 of those models are not accessible yet as I am still working on this pack and will recieve constant updating. This pack also aimed at a few other more unique features like Accessible Ventilation | Custom Doors | Elevator though the elevator is still a little buggy, it works. It only goes to one certain height at the moment while I work on either a multi-level elevator or multiple elevators that go to different heights. There will be more accessible ventilation being added in upcoming updates along with more complex custom doors with some fancy features. Includes : - The building blocks come in a varity of different sizes and shapes, from thin to thick, from small to large. There are bunker window to shoot out of, pre-built and deconstructed bunker windows for your every need. Custom Doors, there is four main doors with a few others that I am still working on. - Industrial Fans which are static models but will have animated versions eventually. - Laptops which are static models but will have animated versions that open and close eventually. - Accessible Ventilation that you can crawl through with certain sections you can crouch to turn, there is a big update for them soon. - Elevator is working, its slightly buggy as the physics are not elevator friendly, I am working on a workaround but until then it works but only goes to one certain height at the moment. More on the elevator will be added on the next update. - Map Decals that are simple invisible models with some decals attached to them so you can place them where ever you want. This includes the DayZ Helipad decal that sticks to the ground, this adds the same decal but on a movable object. - Support Beams for supporting large building/compounds. They are a bit large for smaller builds, so I will be adding smaller ones in a later update. - Custom Rocks which are not the best and will be add more and making them better. - Hand Scanners with three different textures. - CCTV Camera's with three different models for all the angles. - Signs with some Russian Text and some Warning Signs. - Paper and Stacks of Paper. There is more but thats the Highlights and there is plenty more to come! ||| IMPORTANT ||| - I didn't add picture of everything as there is a lot to take pictures of, I added a few just to give you an idea. There is also three main textures that are used with the main building blocks and "Concrete1 & Concrete2" have a lot less models then "Concrete3" as it uses DayZ Bunker Texture and in my opinion looks a lot better. The other two textures are custom textures that don't have as many models. - Until I update it, the models will be under specific class names : - mm_Classname - Concrete1_Classname - Concrete2_Classname - Concrete3_Classname YOU ARE ALLOWED TO REPACK THIS MOD!
