Two Islands

Map name: twolands Please note that the floating island is not yet completed. First things first, this map is fully 100% playable and about 85% completed. Spoilers/Highlights/Map Tours: About the map: So as you can see the map is made up of two Islands, joined by a bridge, original plan was to make a battle royale mod to go with the map, but I've got no idea how to make it, so as of the moment that hasn't happened, Spawns: All spawns are completed, and should hopefully be working correctly, however the underwater section has not had any work done on it yet so is just bare sand, there are water spawns. As of the moment the only flyers are the Pteranodon, which is a common spawn, and a rare spawn for tapejara and argentavis, there are also no giga's or titan's, and only one rex per island at any time, there is also no scorched earth dlc dino's. Resources: The resources on this map are plentiful, if you know where to look for them, most of the crystal/metal/obsidian and pearls are underwater in the moats around the middle of each island, there is also a cave on each island that has lots of oil, sulphur, salt, sand, cacti and silk. Terrain: The map has a lot of flat land so you can easily build large base's, aswell as the center area on each island is almost entirely flat so is perfect for making a castle/kingdom/town/mega base. Size: The entire map, including the ocean is about 1/4 the size of The Island, so it's perfect for servers that want a lot of interaction between players. Or for hosting events that require a large building. This mod is currently a WIP. I plan to keep adding Weaponry to it. For now the mod comes with a Siege Bow and a Siege Arrow to go along with it. The Siege Bow currently comes with a custom model too! ~Swords:~ N/A ~Axes:~ N/A ~Blugeoning:~ N/A ~Bows:~ Siege Bow: This bow does not allow you to sprint while you have it equpped. If you hold the arrow notched back in the string for 4 seconds it will do 4 times the damage and fire at 3 times the speed compared to a shortbow. The Siege Bow will only shoot the Siege Arrow. Due to it's power it is very resource heavy. It requires: - 2 Fire Wyvern Talons - 100 Keratin - 150 Chitin - 50 Metal Ingots - 25 Obsidian - 5 Black Pearls For the Islander's Variant (Those without the option for Wyvern Talons) - 100 Keratin - 150 Chitin - 50 Metal Ingots - 25 Obsidian - 50 Black Pearls As an admin you can also decide to remove either blueprint for your server. ~Arrows:~ Siege Arrow: This arrow is a heavy hitting arrow and can only be fired by the Siege Bow. It does 300 base damage. Due to it's power it is heavy on resources and increased weight (5lbs). It requires: - 1 Wood - 5 Metal Ingots - 10 fiber - 5 Obsidian - 1 Black Pearl

Adds a crafting bench that can turn vanilla resources into DLC resources. Mod ID for the lazy: 1895283205 Unlocked DLC engrams on a map that doesn't feature the DLC resources? This mod introduces a non-cheating way to acquire those resources: the Transmutation Bench. This is a crafting bench that allows you to create resources required for DLC engrams from those which are available on The Island (and thus, every other map). Resources will automatically be removed from the bench if you're playing on a map that already uses that DLC's content. This function can be disabled, and you can also manually disable specific DLCs if you wish (see the bottom of the description). Wherever possible, I've tried to make the resource requirements make some sense, both in "realism" and in game progression. Some of the DLC resources are a bit weird (looking at you, Aberration) and don't really make sense anyway, so some improvisations have been made. Feel free to make balance suggestions; I obviously haven't fully playtested this yet. The resources, and their requirements, are as follows: Transmutation Bench Actually, before I get to the resources, here's the bench itself. Visually, it's just a smithy with a cupboard instead of an anvil. Unlocked at level 30 for 25 Engram Points. Crafted with 20 Hide, 25 Stone and 80 Wood. Scorched Earth Sand Sand is everywhere in Scorched Earth, and is produced from rocks (both in SE and in reality), so it made sense to process stone into sand. Crafted with 2 Stone, producing 1 Sand. Raw Salt Salt is quite abundant in Scorched Earth, but just a little bit harder to get to. All that means for here is that it's a bit more expensive to produce. Crafted with 5 Stone, producing 1 Raw Salt. Cactus Sap Another incredibly abundant material in its original setting, but this time it doesn't have an obvious equivalent in the vanilla resources. This is the one recipe I'm most unsure about: suggestions are welcome, and changes may come. Crafted with 100 Thatch and 1 Sap, producing 100 Cactus Sap. Sulfur This is probably the most realistic recipe on this list, as sulfur can be produced from petroleum in reality. The sparkpowder can be considered either a catalyst or fuel, depending on how you want to justify this. Crafted with 10 Gasoline and 10 Sparkpowder, producing 10 Sulfur. Silk "Silk is just better fiber, right? Sure, why not." Crafted with 10 Fiber and 1 Sap, producing 5 Silk. Aberration Fungal Wood Put some 'shrooms on your wood. You know you want to. Crafted with 100 Wood and 1 Rare Mushroom, producing 100 Fungal Wood. Green Gem The gems are dumb, and so is their recipe. Crafted with 10 Metal, 5 Crystal, and 1 Green Dye, producing 5 Green Gems. Blue Gem Bit more expensive, to represent how they're a bit more difficult to acquire in Aberration. Crafted with 10 Metal, 5 Crystal, 1 Blue Dye, and 2 Obsidian, producing 5 Blue Gems. Red Gem Again, more expensive because it's more difficult to get. Crafted with 10 Metal, 5 Crystal, 1 Red Dye, and 5 Polymer, producing 5 Red Gems. Congealed Gas Ball Crafted with 50 Oil and 1 Absorbent Substrate, producing 50 Congealed Gas Balls. Charge Coming Soon™. Honestly, not sure how this should work, but at some point I'd like to add a way to "craft" Charge too. It is an Aberration resource, after all. Extinction All of Extinction's resources are just alternate version of previous resources, with one exception... Gasbags Bladder Finally, a way to make balloons without having to kill the most adorable creature. Crafted with 50 Hide, 100 Fiber, and 10 Oil. Genesis Shell Fragment The only crafting resource in Genesis, and it's only useful for a single (fairly basic) recipe. Thus, it's a relatively cheap one here. Crafted with 100 Chitin and 1 Sap, producing 50 Shell Fragments. Planned Features - Charge, as mentioned above. - *Maybe* Element Dust, as it's been suggested and would be nice to have on maps other than Extinction. Based on my current ideas for it, this may end up being a separate mod. Known Issues - The auto-disable function works by checking if the DLC engrams are available. The assumption is made that, if you're playing on a map where those engrams are available, the creator would have added the resources to the map. It is, of course, entirely possible that they did not do that. - When disabled blueprints are removed, they will count as a negative space in the bench's inventory, effectively giving it a few extra inventory slots. - The recipes work by using "proxy" items, which give you the desired resource and then delete themselves when crafted. If you use GFI to give yourself an item, the game might give you the transmutation bench's proxy item instead. You can avoid this by using the specific item path. You can also try prepending it with "resource_", since that should exclude the proxies (which start with "resourceproxy_"). Breedable Dung Beetles

This mod replaces the current Dung Beetle with a new Dung Beetle that features breeding! The Dung Beetle takes about the same time as a Dodo to raise. This mod does not change anything else about the Dung Beetle so it's spawning, stats and size are all the same. This mod also will not work with old Dung Beetle so you will need to tame new ones to breed them and they will not stay if you remove the mod. It is also recommended that you do a wild dino wipe after adding this mod.
