This mod used to be named "WW2 NPCs and Items for A&A". The items have been updated to the new Unity version and now use masterbundles too. This mod no longer contains the NPCs, as the mods they depend on haven't been updated and no one uses them anyways. Stay Tuned, new map on the way! Soon™! With the recent removal of Bridge Fence, certain parts using them as framework for construction has been rendered broken. This map is officially outdated. Unless the fences make an appearal any time soon, this map will be comepletely terminated. It has seen nothing but positive feedback and have been something I've struggled with creating and perfecting, but it has now come to an end. I'm grateful for every single one of your comments and ratings, and if I ever get back into the game after this, I will try to make a revival of it. With almost 15 000 individual Subscriptions and peaking with a 99% rating (basically over 180 positive ratings and 1 negative rating) this project have been a huge success! Epic Gears: Revisited

The Epic Gears Pack, one of the most widely beloved mods in Unturned's history. Most modded servers have tussled with this mod at least once, but one thing about the original pack is it always had a lack of balance. It never really struck it out of the park. Well no longer. This updated rendition of the Epic Gears Pack has everything balanced, usable, viable, and working. Some things have been removed, some things have been tweaked, and some things have been reworked entirely. Today I present the third installment of the Epic Gears Pack, "Epic Gears: Revisited". I plan to update this mod frequently, and fix it regularly if it ever breaks. Edit: I decided to take a "short" hiatus from the Unturned scene, so I may not actively be able to test this mod every patch. So, this is how it works. If a tank decides to spawn, this is what happens. You have a 2/3 chance of a vanilla tank You have a 2/9 chance of a Vindicator Mk.1 You have a 1/9 chance of a Vindicator Mk.2 They do spawn! After resetting and teleporting to Confederation bridge, I did find a Mk.1! The reason none spawn on Russia is because that's the home of the Rogue. The Rogue will spawn on Russia. If you want a Russia camo Vindicator on Russia, simply "invade" it with military stuff. ;) New tank, better than ever. Please report any bugs and balance suggestions, as the MG has not been play tested in a PvP environment. Also, please run a server with a few friends or something, as I don't even know if it works on a server. It should, but I'm not sure. The department looked at performance statistics, watched videos of the vehicle in active service, and even interviewed crews. The department came to following conclusions: Too wide. The steering mechanism is inadequate. Turret traverse mechanism sub-par. Gunnery optics useless. Poor crew protection. The current tank is very wide, being incapable of fitting down some streets and gaps. The steering system in the current tank consisted of a crude clutch based braking system. Although this mechanism is adequate for construction equipment, a heavy vehicle cannot rely on this steering mechanism. The turret traverse in the current tank lacked 360 degree traverse, due to a limitation in the hydraulics. The optics inside of the turret were terrible. Gunners were more willing to expose themselves outside the tank instinct shooting rather than using the optics. Ignoring the fact the gunner was usually exposed, the tank had poor crew protection. Explosions would cause spalling and injure crew. The glaring evidence of the failure of the vehicle was evident. Both the United States and Canada begun working on a new Main Battle Tank. Project "Vindicator" had begun, with the XM50 as the project objective. The Vindicator was developed to solve every issue with the current tank. The Vindicator is slightly longer than the old tank, about the same height, but narrower. The steering mechanism is a hydraulically assisted additive steering, allowing quick maneuvers and unreal agility. The turret traverse mechanism was redesigned from scratch, and the new mechanism is capable of 360 degree traverse. The largest change was the gunnery optics, meaning the gunner had more than adequate aiming system inside, and no longer had to expose himself to small arms fire. The Vindicator was also fitted with a fiberglass spall liner, protecting crew from damage. Although the Vindicator outperformed its predecessor, it became evident after field trials that the Vindicator needed some more improvements. The Mk.2 variant features a longer barrel from Germany and a Remote Control Weapon System of the top of the turret. The longer barrel gives greatly increased shell velocity and range (Note: This isn't actually true. I tried to, but I couldn't get it to work), while the RCWS gives anti-personnel capabilities. The Mk.2 Vindicator caused a very powerful machine to become even stronger. The Mk.2 is one of the most feared vehicles on the battlefield. However, not many Vindicator Mk.1's were made, and even less Mk.2's were made before the disease broke out. Post apocalypse, the Vindicator series can be seen scattered around the planet. The Coalition has brought the tanks into their arsenal. Due to the Coalition's extensive resources of hardware and skill, the Vindicators used by the Coalition are well maintained and will always perform their best. (+10% speed) There are rumors that Scorpion-7 aquired a MK.2 and begun extensive experimental modification to it. Any documents that even hint about its existence are difficult to read, as around 98% of the documents' contents are redacted.
