Ever see what lances are in base ARK on your PvE server and think, "Wow, what a disappointment, this thing looks pretty cool?" I know I have, and after a while of tinkering, I've come up with a variant that not only deals damage, but scales in damage with your own melee damage stat! Engram is learned at level 55 and deals 75 damage per contact tick, leading to potentially very rapid damage! GameUserSettings.ini LanceDamage=75 EDIT: Lance melee damage is calculated a little funky it seems--what you'll actually experience is about 84% of the above value, even when adjusted. Experiment and plan accordingly, as this is a bug I'm not certain if is fixable!

*Right now it needs to be first on load order, will be fixed* MOD ID:1412489194 A work in progress mod for private server. Right now Mod adds: - Armor piercing bullets for rifle, sniper, longneck rifle and shotgun. Bullets do 100% damage to dinos and should pierce and shred armor in PVP (not tested) - Crafting station for most mod items. - Small, medium and large dino potions. Heals dinos quickly but cause a lot of hunger for balance. (can't use to tame) - Hunger potion for tames. Causes 500 food loss. - Pick reinforcement (attachment). Makes it last longer and be better at metal harvesting. - 2 melee tranq weapons, first is slightly better than tranq darts and second is slightly better than shocking darts. (dmg and torpor scale with melee damage) - New tranq dart. Better than vanilla but requires titanboa venom. - Weapon attachments that modify weapon behaviour (made as attachments and not new guns so they can be used with all quality vanilla guns and scale accordingly): - Stun arrow: Used with the bow, 1 damage but stuns target 3 secs (for low levels) - Weaken poison arrow: For the compound bow, lowers 50% melee damage for 30 seconds - Bola Launcher: For the crossbow, launches fast, precise, long reaching bolas at a fast rate. - Clip Extension: For use with longneck rifle, allows for 5 shots per reload. Works only with AP bullets - Cannon Lubrication: For simple pistol, allows firing glob bullets, basically dilo spits but faster and longer reach. - Rifle Overload: Larger clip, faster fire rate, lower damage. Higher DPS but punnishes ammo consumption and durability. - Auto Shotgun: As it sounds, really high DPS. - Sniper Power Chamber: Lowers fire rate with higher damage. SLIGHTLY higher DPS but saves a lot of ammo and resources. Made for aberration.
