Welcome to Sicuro a coastal town in an italian setting. A bank heist went wrong when the escape truck broke down pulling the safe out of the bank. The counter force has surrounded the area and the terrorists now have to make a choice blow their way out in the back alley to escape the scene without getting caught or risk it and blow up the safe in the open street of Sicuro. The map is designed for 3v3 competitive play. Sicuro delivers on fast paced close quarter combat with fast rotations and expands the wingman gameplay from one site to two sites in close proximity of each other. Giving the perfect in-between a 2v2 map and full size 5v5 maps for the moments when that 6th player joins the squad and you can't play your regular 5v5 game.

de_castello is my first full defuse project for CS2. Made fully in the span of a two week period between 8/17-8/31 2024. Castello's design is simplistic enough to be enjoyable for first timers, while offering unique opportunities and angles for moment to moment fights. Visually, the map currently features both basic plain geometry as well as fully detailed areas. Castello won't be recieving updates for at least a few months, but the possibility of fixes/polish remains. A potential 2.0 update might include: -Lighting/reflections revamp -Minor/major layout changes, with focus on B site, Mid and CT spawn -Further adjustments to angles and timings -Visuals pass, with focus on T and CT spawn, Mid, and A main -Deathmatch/Arms Race compatibility -Soundscape/audio pass -Vis and Optimization improvements -Bot navigation improvements -Wingman compatibility --Any bug fixes needed: will keep a list of known issues below-- -Weapons, smokes, and scopes are darker in some spots than intended. This issue has a planned fix.
