Patch beacons to use less memory

Makes more machines require the previous tier to upgrade, similar to Assembling Machines. Currently modifies Inserter, Steel/Electric Furnace, Submachine Gun, Combat Shotgun, Heavy/Modular/Power Armour, Heat Exchanger, and Steam Turbine.

Globally distribute train fuels and collect any burnt results.

Moves the minimap and it's related UI elements in from the right side of the screen. (configurable) WARNING: Not per-player, for singleplayer use only. Useful for those with ultrawide monitors, combined with the "Tool window next to quickbar" setting. This can also be used to move the minimap to the left corner, if you subtract 256 from your game resolution width.

Custom settings aimed at balancing the game according to the player's preferences. This mod is for personal use, however, feel free to make use of it!
