Lower and Upper Framerate Limits

This mod require the mod ( Mod Options ) In the mod options menu there are dropdown lists to select the pairs of lower framerate limite and upper framerate limit. The idea of the mod is to save the hardware usage limiting on lower framerate limit in idle situations, and setting a greater framerate limit when needed. This mod sets two framerate limits with manual keyboard toggle and automatic event-driven toggle. 1. Driving -> Upper Framerate Limit 2. Normal -> Lower Framerate Limit 3. Keybinding (K_LEFT and K_RIGHT) to change in game the fps ( configurable ) 4.
