One week before the zombie virus swept across Kentucky, survivor Li Shiya obtained classified military intelligence and fled the state, leaving behind two unused urban-style mixed-use buildings for future survivors. She took most of the supplies with her, leaving only the two buildings standing side by side. The multi-story above-ground spaces can fit a full set of survival functional zones, while the deep underground levels serve as emergency shelters and bulk storage depots. This place is far more than an ordinary residential outpost — it is a robust, fully-equipped private core fortress situated at the junction of three towns. A few hundred meters east along Tioga Road, on the western foothills of Jefferson Forest, lies another forgotten tract of land: Jefferson Foothills Villa District. This real estate development, once marketed as "Kentucky’s largest suburban villa complex," had just finished Phase 1 main construction one week before the outbreak. Rows of unfinished shell villas, perimeter solid masonry walls, flat fallow farm plots, and makeshift barricades hastily erected by construction crews before their evacuation are all sealed away within the woods. It never welcomed a single resident, yet it has become the most viable expansion zone beyond the core safehouse for survivors to build out their settlements. No former residents reside here, and no pre-placed supplies are stocked onsite. All that remains are side gates crudely welded shut by departing workers, half-finished outer defensive works, and an entire empty wooded villa compound. Though it failed to become the idyllic suburban living model advertised by its developers, it stands east of Daisy Town on the western slopes of Jefferson Forest as the perfect blank-slate survival base for survivors starting from nothing. It connects north to West Point Town and Haitang Town (3736155379), and south to Chinatown (3703704021) and Muldraugh, commanding the main north-south thoroughfare. Bordered by woodland, there is an endless supply of lumber, and it sits far from dense hordes concentrated in downtown areas. The empty unfinished villas are yours to renovate freely, and the wide open lots are ready for farming — build your own post-apocalyptic homestead here. All structures are raw unfinished shells with no pre-placed furniture or survival gear; players must gather resources and set up everything from scratch. Features: 3 standalone two-story shell villas + one large parking lot Mod cell coordinates: 39_27 Important Notes The base game contains persistent building-related bugs. Once triggered, rooftops will permanently block your line of sight, and buildings will instantly lose power even when the global power grid is still active. Brother Thirteen has modified all structures on this map to prevent rooftop vision obstruction. Reach out to me if you still encounter sight-blocking issues, but the power cut glitch cannot be fully resolved. If you intend to utilize grid electricity, do not construct any structures directly adjacent to the villas before the statewide power collapse.
