- This is a Handcuff SWEP for Trouble in Terrorist Town - > HOW DOES IT WORK? < - You can buy it as Detective in the Shop. - Choose the Handcuffs and Click with the Primary Attack on another Player. - You get the Message : "Player was cuffed" and the other Player get the Message : "You was cuffed." - The Player who was cuffed, drops all his Weapons ( except of crowbar, magnetostick and not droppable weapons ) and can't pick them up or new once! - The Player will be cuffed for 30 seconds unless the Detective deactivate it with the Secondary Attack or the Player die/disconnect/loose the round/win the round. - In this 30 seconds, the Player can't use Weapons. - When you release the Player with Secondary Attack, this Message will sent to you "Player isn't handcuffed." and this to the Player "You are released" < This will also sent to the Player if the 30 seconds are gone. - Now the Player get back his Crowbar, Magnetostick, Holstered and can pick up new or old Weapons and use them. - If you try to cuff the same Person in the same round for a second time, this Message will displayed : You can't cuff the same Person 2 times. - If the 30 seconds get up, you get the Message : "30 seconds are up." and the other Player get : "You are released". > THINGS TO KNOW < - Droppable weapons which the Traitor buys while he is cuffed, will recieved when the cuff effect is gone. ( not droppable weapons will not recieved ). - The Detective can use the Handcuffs only once on every Player for the round. - When the 30 Seconds are up or another Player got cuffed, the Player get back his Crowbar, Magnetostick and Holstered ( also things that the Traitor buys while he is cuffed ). - You can only cuff 1 Player at the same Time. If you cuff a Player and right after another Player, the first Player will be released. - The Detective have to stay really close to the other Player. - The Handcuffs can be picked up from everyone and used by everyone. - You can't see that the Detective is holding the Handcuffs in his Hands. Time Powers (abilities) from Quantum Break game. WATCH FIRST VIDEO FOR STEP-BY-STEP TUTORIAL Subscribe to this mod, go to Garry's Mod and wait until its downloaded. Once its downloaded restart GMod. Start a map you would like to play on. Open spawnmenu and navigate to Options tab on the right, then click on Quantum Break Abilities. Here you have 4 bindable buttons: menu, quick menu, quick cast and for the stutter. Assign them to the keys you like (you can bind just one of them for the menu and leave others blank). * you can bind individual abilities to certain keys using a console command called 'bind'. More information can be found bellow binders in the menu. Press and hold your bound menu key. For Radial Menu Move your mouse in the direction of the ability you want to utilize. Press primary attack key to utilize the ability. Press secondary attack key to bind this ability to quick cast. When the ability is bound to the quick cast it can be used by pressing Quick Cast Key bound earlier without accessing the menu. For Quick Menu Quick menu allows you to use keys 1-6 to utilize abilities. 1 - Time Stop 2 - Time Dodge 3 - Time Shield 4 - Time Blast 5 - Time Rush 6 - Time Vision Stutters makes time stop on the whole map. Players can still move around and use their weapons however props won't be able to move unless player push them. WARNING: stutters may crash your game. Remember that the more props you have on the map - the more time Stutter System will need to process them, in simply words: the more props you have - the more FPS drops it will cause. Chronon Dampener - chronon based technology developed to prevent individuals from using their abilities. Can be found in spawnmenu Entities/Quantum Break/Chronon Dampener. You can adjust its range by clicking on it with Right Mouse Button from Context menu (C key by default). Chronon Container - a container with stored chronon in it. Destroying this container will cause a temporary stutter (won't work if stutters disabled on the server). Can be found in spawnmenu Entities/Quantum Break/Chronon Container. This mod may not work with lot of other mods, like custom NPCs, Vehicles, etc. For example it will not freeze NextBots and pause their logic. I know that this has been wanted for a very long time, and those who've tried to convert the pack ran into a REALLY odd texture bug. (Thank you Code_gs for the image.) I eventually was messing with the models, and I found the solution (it was just editing the UV maps). But since I lost interest in the pack I moved on. A few months later, I get a friend request from Mike, and he requested that the model's were converted. So I did that and here they are. These PLAYERMODEL CONVERSIONS were originally made for his Watchdogs Roleplay server, so go check that out if you want. I didn't make the original models. I only turned them into playermodels.

Interesting facts: -The explosion of the RPG are actually two explosions. -Soft particles does not work on Gmod natively, only works in Hammer particles (that Source Engine's tool for Map creation). -Nobody reads until the end of the description, so I can put simple jokes and no one will notice. -It is impossible to lick your own elbow. -The sparks from the new RPG particle can collide with the world and they also has inertia with the parented particle, which is invisible. Credit go to Valve for the original static models, and me to have converted them into prop_vehicle_jeep models and added animations.
