Backup & restore service promise

Scheduled backups are included at no extra charge. You enable the schedule yourself in the server panel.

Schedule
Hourly, daily, weekly or monthly; choose the time yourself.
Retention
Choose 1–50 restore points and 1–365 days. The limit reached first applies.
Storage & cost
Regular backups are stored in /backups on the same game server, not on a separate system. They count towards your booked SSD storage; there is no separate monetary charge.
Restore
You can start a restore yourself in the panel at any time. The complete server file set is restored; the restore action cannot select individual worlds or files.
Download
Every backup that is still available can be downloaded from the panel.
Cancellation & deletion
After the contract ends, the server is retained for 14 days. Before it is then deleted, one final full backup is stored on a separate system and kept for 30 days so it can be restored into a newly ordered server. Restore is no longer possible after an explicitly requested permanent account/data deletion; download any backups you need first.
Payment failure
After three failed payment attempts, the server is suspended; existing backups are retained and scheduled backups do not run while the suspension lasts. A single payment failure does not delete data. If the contract is subsequently ended, the process described above applies.
