Adds balanced late-game thruster that uses Uranium thruster fuel and water to operate. It has modified efficiency curve and significantly more thrust. Nuclear Thruster can be unlocked before Aquilo. You can also make Nuclear thruster symmetric and increase Uranium thruster fuel fuel_value to get more thrust.

Adds a foundry (metallurgy) recipe to cast rails from molten iron + stone, so rails benefit from foundry productivity. Eases the stone strain of Production science packs. Supports Muluna ground stone.

Adds a per-planet map radius startup setting for modded planets (Muluna, Vesta, Moshine) to Small Space Age, so each modded world can have its own bespoke size instead of all sharing the global default radius. Muluna is a moon and defaults to a smaller size.
