Allows the use of alcohol to treat infection (from alcohol in Hungry Europans). 3. Makes a slight rebalance to “Drunk” from alcohol. 4. If thirst is enabled, the hangover will intensify it. 5. Drinks (non-alcoholic) do not reduce “Drunk”. Instead, it reduces the hangover. 6. (Caveat, it isn't all books at all stations, it has some rng to it apparently.) These also make it so you get 100 of each stat (that the original book gave so if its medicine you get medicine etc).
