Frequently asked questions
When do I get paid?
Your 50% commission on each referred customer’s first payment is credited to your balance instantly — no waiting period, no minimum for the credit.
How long is my referral link valid?
Your referral link is valid permanently. The cookie expires 30 days after the last click — if someone buys within that time, you get the commission.
Do I also earn commission on renewals?
You earn a one-time 50% of the referred customer’s first payment (assessed up to 20.00 €). Later payments earn no further commission — that is why the one-time rate is deliberately high.
Can I have my commission paid out?
Commissions are credited to your account balance right away. Once you have at least €25.00 in commission credit, you can also have it paid out by bank transfer or PayPal.
