superior water duct

An item assembly that prevents cascading flooding of the submarine, by checking if the lower room is flooded before opening the water duct when the upper room's duct detects water. Makes sure water only flows down the sub, not up. This circumvents the issue of the basic design where it detects water and opens the vent while the lower room is flooded and has a breach so the now open vent allows the breach to flood more rooms, causing the submarine to sink and have water damage, and potentially kill crew with pressure or oxygen. You can adjust the lower water detector to be halfway up the wall in the lower room, rather than on the ceiling, to adjust the shut-off point from "the room is completely flooded below" to a different % of flooding (based on how high you set the detector compared to the height of the room), so that the lower room of the setup potentially keeps some air in it if it has a small pump or feeds to the ballast tanks. I attached it to the ceiling so that it can be inserted into most submarine designs quite easily, and placed according to vertical wall positions, rather than including a vertical wall myself and forcing it to be put on one instead of in the middle of a floor somewhere if that's what you want.
