The current existing items are: Shield Generator:8 seconds of invincibility every 45 seconds(4 diamonds, 3 fallen stars, 10 silver/tungsten bars) Mocha: Slight increase to movement speed and attack speed.(dropped from killing merchant) Colossal Knurl: Increases health, armor, and health regeneration(dropped from Golem) Alien Head: 15% attack speed(dropped from Martian Saucer.) GFAW aims to add plenty of unique loot across all stages of the game, with the idea that potential game-shaping items could drop if you're lucky enough! All items aren't meant to be seen/acquired on a single run, seeing as drop rates range from 0.1% to 0.001%, these rarity based items are meant to be randomly acquired as you progress. The rarity scale is as follows: Uncommon, Rare, Epic, Legendary, Exotic. There are also variants available of certain items known as cursed items, powerful with drawbacks. Currently the content in this mod is incredibly limited, just a few accessories and weapons present. Certain rarities, variants, and item types may be added down the line, so make sure you check the changelog available on the steam page!
