Calamity Multiplayer Mining Set Fix

Fixes the Calamity mining set bonus not working in multiplayer, allowing extra ores to be obtained. Matches the description in the wiki, a 25% chance for an additional ore to drop when mined, with a random cooldown of 3-6 seconds. Contains bugs, but it achieves its main purpose. I'll maybe fix the bugs someday. Less of a fix, and more adding of the feature. Set bonus will work without calamity, just without any descriptions.
