One of the mods made for a challenge I'm doing called "Tmodtober" in which I make a mod every day of October. Terraria's Might Incarnate Powerup adds a "Devil Trigger" like power (that is always present) that charges up the more damage you deal to enemies. The Thirst Mechanic Mod makes staying hydrated a thing in Terraria. If you get too thirsty, you'll lose health. Keep your thirst up, and you'll heal faster!
