Staff of Regrowth Heals NPCs

A simple mod that makes the Staff of Regrowth heal things it hits, instead of dealing damage. The heal amount is affected by damage buffs and will randomly vary like normal damage, as well as being able to "crit" to heal twice as much. Fledgling Wings Removed From Loot Pools

This mod reverts the changes that placed the Fledgling Wings into pre-HM progression. It will no longer be found in Sky Island chests or crates, and can only* be obtained from a fresh Journey character. (* although a configuration file allows you to revert the changes to the Azure Crate specifically since it's a HM crate) The reason this mod exists is because I personally dislike wings just being available in pre-HM on principle. Also because I needed to learn how to make globals. Ideally, I'd like to make a few more smaller, self-contained balance changes if only as an exercise in finishing projects, but I suppose time will tell.
