Restrict Boss Spawning

This is a mod for a server that deactivates all bosses, in order to slow progression, inspired by some of Throarbin's videos (One Year One World and such). There is a command (/release <boss id>) to make bosses spawnable. I cannot gaurruntee that this mod works properly, or that I blocked every boss from spawning.
