Note: Some stats may need tuning, Mario may be a little weak right now. Original mod by Bennyspaceman38, re-coded by me! Mario's Stats: Health - 125 Sanity - 200 Hunger - 175 Enters the Constant with: Fire Staff, Red Cap, Green Cap, Blue Cap. Favorite Food: Mushy Cake, it reminds him of the princess! Abilities: Has a 1.2x movement speed increase compared to other survivors, this may be slightly strong but is balanced by his smaller than average max health. Regenerates a small amount of sanity over time, he's a happy fella after all! Eats any and all mushrooms without any penalty, gets better bonuses from mushrooms. Cannot wear helmets other than Astroggles, Enlightened Crown, Eyebrella and the Thulecite Crown. NOTE: This makes him immune to Slurpers. Coming Soon(?): Jumping! The original mod is no longer maintained by the author, and this version fixes an issue where the medallion does not work while in the inventory. Indicator shows current nightmare phase and time left. Relax, sit back, and enjoy... it's almost time for some #ScreamADay... Stats: Health: 200 Hunger: 200 Sanity: 200 Damage: 100% Speed: 100% Perks: - The Coellection: Coe starts with a special version of a Krampus Sack. This can be worn like a backpack, but unlike normal backpacks it can be placed in your inventory or other containers. This, combined with the next perk gives Coe an insane amount of inventory space, easily the highest potential inventory space in the game. - Chestar: A follower that is always near at hand, his behavior emulates Chester except he's permanently attached to Coe, not an Eyebone. Chestar also gives off light and will ward off Charlie while doing so, however he goes to sleep at night and will not move further. Also, his light is variable, and slowly decreases over the course of the night... It might get you through a short night, but its far more likely to only give you a few extra moments to prepare a fire. - Ancient Warrior Helm: Coe starts with his trademarked helm, an unbreakable piece of armor that only he can wear. It provides no protection against the elements, nor does it restore sanity, but not even the strongest attack will destroy it and while wearing it Coe will take 60% less damage from all sources, though each hit will cost Coe a tiny amount of hunger in addition to health. Coe will refuse to wear other, inferior headgear. That said, it might have a slight tendency to attract lightning... - Dark Thoughts: Coe is widely known to suffer from depression, and this mechanic is intended to represent that aspect of his personality. At all times there is a hidden "depression" value behind the scenes that indicates how depressed Coe is at the moment - you will loose sanity every 10 seconds equal to that value, and it will increase constantly until it reaches a target level (decided randomly), at which point it will reverse and count back down to 0. When it reaches 0 a new target will be randomly selected and the process will repeat. At its worst you will not be able to fight off insanity without putting significant effort into it. However, the good news is that about 20% of the time when a new depression target is picked, you'll get a low level version of the opposite effect (small sanity gains) for an extended period of time. All other times you'll have somewhere between very mild and sever sanity drain, and to let you know what is coming Coe will say a phrase describing his current mood every time a new target is picked. Additionally, Chestar's glow effect is tied to Coe's mood, so if at the start of a night Chestar is barely giving off any light, you'll know that you are headed for a rough time. - #ScreamADay: Every full moon, things get a little spooky for Coe... No matter his current sanity level, as soon as night starts on a full moon Coe will announce that it's time for #ScreamADay, and then go insane a few moments later. This insanity cannot be cured as long as the moon is up, and it is likely to produce a large number of shadow creatures. Fight if you think you can, but I'd suggest running for your life. Additionally, time moves slower during full moons while Coe is in the game - which isn't a great thing for him, but other players are free to use it to their advantage. Once the night ends Coe is restored to his previous sanity level and given a 50 sanity bonus.
