Willow’s lighter always seemed a little bit sad to me. Her whole gimmick was fire, why was her lighter just a dimmer torch? It was so dim it was barely worth the extra durability. So now Willow’s precious lighter has the power and importance it deserves, but only when she’s holding it. She’s always had a way with fire, and her lighter is no exception. When the lighter is being held by Willow, its much brighter, and no longer uses fuel. The lighter can still be picked up by other characters, but will only be its regular brightness, and will consume fuel at its normal rate There is an option in the configuration to allow other characters to cook with the lighter. It is supposed to consume 1% fuel per cook for characters other than Willow, but unfortunately I seem to have missed something somewhere, so it currently doesn't consume fuel for other characters to cook, but it does comsume fuel just to use. I'll have a look at working on fixing that
