It allows you to adjust the defense, planar defense, and movement speed of 'The Wizard of Oz.' It also allows you to adjust the damage, planar damage, movement speed, attack range, defense, planar defense, and lifesteal per attack for 'Surpassing the Blue.' All values can be changed in the mod configuration interface.
