Its the old animations from the first Left 4 Dead, the oldest that is! Recreated from the mad scientist laboratory that is my Blender, its the β animations! I figured I'd put this out for people to enjoy, its an interesting set! It makes the medkit feel nice and squishy, like a delightfully thick pillow, and the straps flap around a bit while you're walking with it. I had to do some unorthodox blending with the old deploy. If people don't like them I can try to make a new one, we'll see how it goes. Other modders are more than welcome to compile their models on this set. Modified the idle crouching animations of pistols, dual-held pistols, pump shotguns, semi-automatic shotguns, gas can (propane tank), oxygen tank and chainsaw. The angle of thigh lifting and knee joint of leg is smaller, so as to avoid Clipping of the character mods using animation of Zoey as much as possible. I hope you don't get confused because I have set many tags for this item - not all female models have replaced the model of Zoey, but they almost all use the animations of Zoey. L4D1 Population Revert Tool (Post Last Stand Update)

This script reverts the populations of all Left 4 Dead 1 campaigns back to their Left 4 Dead 2 common and special infected counterparts, just like how it was before The Last Stand update rendered a significant portion of infected mods null on half the game's maps. Left 4 Dead 2 campaign populations remain entirely unaffected with this mod. I created this as a band-aid for my Fallout Ghouls mod and Halloween Common Infected mod (and any infected mods that rely on the L4D2 model roster) so that the custom infected models still appear on L4D1 campaigns. Without it, said custom infected never appeared on any L4D1 environments after The Last Stand update, end of story. This mod's existence is not about being ungrateful or unappreciative for what The Last Stand update team did for the game, but this is moreso a template for other modders who would prefer tweaking their populations to be able to do such again. I might have missed something, but if I did I'm sure it was something minor. You'll survive. Probably.

"The Shining" Axe

"Here's Johnny!" This weapon was modeled for the GameBanana 2016 Halloween Skinning Contest. This is the iconic axe that Jack Torrance uses to break through the door in the movie The Shining. The most sharp-eyed will notice it's a bit less shiny than in the movie and the wood is a bit darker. I decided to give it a slighty more rough and damaged look to avoid keeping it too simple, plus super shiny reflective metal doesn't work very well in some games, such as L4D2. In vanilla, there is roughly a 1/6 chance for a zombie to pull a fast sneaky first punch. If you despise that kind of bad luck sh!te then this mod is for you. Their slowest first swing is 25 frames. Other swings start with 14, 19, 21, 22 frames, etc... This mod makes all of their first swings 25 frames, as slow as their slowest one. No more quick beech slaps. This mod alone can make Expert feel like Normal Mode. (exaggeration) But you can now easily dodge their first swings by stepping back a little. Only works in single/local. On other servers, attack speed is normal, just the first swing looks slower.
