Cause
A mod or datapack tried to place a block outside the currently allowed area during world generation. Minecraft catches this; in rare cases, a large structure may remain incomplete because of it.
Fix
As long as no structures are missing, no action is needed. If it happens often, update the mod or datapack whose structure is mentioned in the message.
