This mod adds 3 modifiers: Badly nerfed -> -90% dmg -9% crit rate Nerfed -> -70% dmg -7% crit rate Badly nerfed -> -40% dmg -4% crit rate The point is to stick the modifier onto a late game weapon and use it early game ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ And yes it does screw up natural rolls and tinkerer, but I can't be bothered to come up with an easy way to apply it without spoiling the normal modifier pool.
