Cause
While loading a world section, blocks or objects were found that the server no longer recognizes — almost always because a mod or datapack was removed. Minecraft replaces these spots with air and continues loading.

Back up the world before it is saved again. If you want to keep the missing blocks, reinstall the same mod or the same datapack in the version that was used before.
