Cause

A login plugin such as LibreLogin or AuthMe is meant for servers without Mojang authentication — but your server runs in online mode. That combination is contradictory, so the plugin refuses to start.

Fix

Decide what you want: if only genuine Minecraft accounts should join, remove the login plugin via the mods/plugins UI. If other clients should be allowed too, disable online mode in the customer panel instead.
