Currently, Roleplay Tools is in it's BETA stages. Feel free to join the discord & report any bugs you find! This mod includes: Shops, Classes, Admin Tools, Player Controls, Open Inventory / Pockets, A CPR/Downed System, Complete Customizability, Damage Logs, Extended logs, advanced engram modification methods, pickpocketing, and more! (See below!) Dynamic Class System Roleplay Tools' dynamic class system allows server admins to restrict actions, such as crafting and taming, to people of specific 'classes'. This system allows for any number of classes, all configurable by server admins. Classes The dynamic classes in Roleplay Tools allow admins to create as many classes as they wish. Custom names, descriptions, and (optional) level requirements can be customized in-game by admins. Each class can be disabled/enabled quickly and easily. Live-game settings allow for either on-spawn class selection, or a "Class Scroll" to spawn with the player (default). Class Benches Roleplay Tools allows for server admins to setup "Class Benches". Class Benches are crafting stations from vanilla ARK or other mods that contain items that should only be crafted by a specified class. Roleplay Tools dynamically mimics these structures, allowing for admins to add inventories from other structures and restrict crafting to a specific class. This feature is currently in-development, and as such has not yet been implemented. Admin Features Admin Interface Roleplay Tools' Admin Interface allows admins full control over every feature within the mod. Dynamically change settings live (without the need for server restarts!), create and manage an infinite number of custom classes, manage custom class benches, and view all entries logged by the mod. Keybind: F5 *Note: Some features may be unavailable while the mod is in its beta stage. Damage Logging Have strict PvP rules on your server? Players claiming someone else attacked first? Roleplay Tools' Damage Logs allow admins to view all damage done by players to others. Optionally track damage done by dinos and members of the same tribe. These logs are printed to the servergamelogs (required launch arguments: -log, -servergamelog) and to the Admin UI for viewing without digging through server files. Player Controls The player controls, part of the Admin Interface, allow admins to view and make changes to a player's Roleplay Tools saved player data. Provides filtering by Online/All players, and a search bar to quickly find players. Uses players' in-game names, and provides their Steam64ID. Advanced Engram Tools Roleplay Tools provides a system for more advanced control over engrams. This allows server admins to modify the required classes needed to unlock a specified engram, if it can be manually unlocked, and if it should be given to the player's inventory. Changes to engrams will ONLY take effect upon server restart. Player Features Hands Up / Surrender Enables players to press a key (Default: F2) to "Open their pockets" or surrender themselves, allowing their inventory to be searched by other players. Pickpocketing Pickpocketing allows players to sneakily open another's inventory. Players must be crouched and within a half foundation of a player in order to pickpocket them. Admins can disable this system, or optionally increase the amount of time required to pickpocket. Hand Item Enables players to press a key (Default: F3) to "hand an item" to another player. This feature uses the item in the player's very LAST hotbar slot, due to this slot's semi-similar use elsewhere in ARK! Animations created by Mewsie <3 Downed / CPR System The downed/CPR system has been inspired by mechanics many games share. When a player recieves a killing blow, they will be 'downed'. This state forces the player into prone for a time (admin configurable!). After this time has elapsed, or should the player take more damage, they will be knocked unconscious. This 'CPR mode' ends when a timer (admin configurable!) ends, or when another player 'performs CPR' on them. Custom Keybinds Players are granted the ability to customize their RoleplayTools keybindings by pressing ESCAPE and selecting the "Roleplay Tools Settings" option. This option will also appear whenever the game is 'paused', and allows for keybinds to be changed even when other mods/ARK itself makes use of them. Customizable Shops Shops are customizable using the Shop structures in-game. Each shop is assigned it's own UUID, allowing for multiple of the same shop to exist on the map (and shop recovery should accidental pickup/demolish of a shop happen). Admins are given the ability to create shops that simply spawn new items, using assigned 'currency' items as payment. They are able to control the 'tolerated variance' of the quality of these blueprints, allowing for normal-ark weirdness or tighter controls. Player-shops are coming soon!

If you would like the changes in this mod to override those from another, load this one higher in your mod list. If you would like another mod to override some changes introduced in this one, place it above this one. Info This mod is meant to make certain dinos breedable without changing much else about them. What does that mean? Well, the main thing is that flyers in this mod will not allow increasing speed. This mod will not be "Classic Flyers" compatible. That being said, there will be a few other changes. This mod "remaps" the dinos. That means that they will work on existing dinos, and should you remove the mod, your dinos will remain, though without the changes outlined below. Changes - Griffin - Has gender - Can be bred - Phoenix - Has gender - Can be bred - Lays eggs similar to Argent - Has a costume slot - Now compatible with Genetic Implant Issues - After hatching, the phoenix babies will initially be invisible and will try to fly up. They can sometimes fly through ceilings this way. Keep an eye up to find the newborn (and not-imprinted) babies. - Upon first activating the mod, all existing dinos that normally do not have a gender that are affected by this mod will be male - Phoenix that were tamed prior to activating this mod will not have a costume slot.
