All official maps are available: The Island, Scorched Earth, Aberration, Extinction, Genesis 1 & 2, Fjordur, Lost Island, and more. You can switch maps anytime in the control panel without losing your tribe or characters.
Can I create an ARK cluster?
Yes, you can link multiple servers into a cluster so players can transfer characters, dinos, and items between maps. Cluster configuration is available directly in the control panel.
How much RAM does an ARK server need?
ARK: Survival Evolved is resource-intensive. A minimum of 12 GB RAM is required for small servers; 16 GB is recommended for multiplayer sessions with mods. For heavily modded servers with many players, 20 GB ensures stable operation.
How many players can join an ARK server?
We support up to 70 players — ARK's own server default. You choose the slot count in the configurator: the entry tier includes 20 slots and every additional slot costs the same flat amount, with no package jumps. The matching RAM scales automatically: 40 players run on 20 GB, 70 players on 32 GB. Many community servers stay at 20–40 players, which runs noticeably smoother.
Are Steam Workshop mods supported on ARK?

Is there a minimum contract term?
There is no long-term minimum. Billing is a monthly subscription and automatic renewal can be disabled. Longer terms may qualify for discounts.
Are the servers located in Germany?
Yes. All game servers run in German data centres (Falkenstein and Limburg) connected to the major German exchanges — low pings for players across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and solid latency for the rest of Europe.
