The Thirst Mechanic Mod makes staying hydrated a thing in Terraria. If you get too thirsty, you'll lose health. Keep your thirst up, and you'll heal faster! Healing Up: If you're not too thirsty, you'll get health back. Water Crystals: These new items boost how much thirst you can handle.
