This is a mod made for stopping Natural Mana and Health regeneration. I also made it stop those little heart spawns that heal you after you kill something. Coupled with my other mod for stopping those little mana stars from spawning, these make for perfect challenge run/added difficulty to your playthroughs! I pray that this finds you well. (And that it works as intended!) (Still new to modding and this joint got me jacked up, but do let me know if it breaks so I can fix it up and update it. I'd hate for it to be broken.) This is a pre-hardmode smg designed after the Arasaka Shingen from Cyberpunk 2077. its meant to be a solid ranged weapon to get you started in hardmode. It has two modifiers: it has a %30 chance to conserve ammo for every enemy in a 50ft radius, it increases the damage by %10 (caps at 10 enemies) *with a base damage of 8, that gives it a decent bump for taking out crowded places.
