Fledgling Wings Removed From Loot Pools

This mod reverts the changes that placed the Fledgling Wings into pre-HM progression. It will no longer be found in Sky Island chests or crates, and can only* be obtained from a fresh Journey character. (* although a configuration file allows you to revert the changes to the Azure Crate specifically since it's a HM crate) The reason this mod exists is because I personally dislike wings just being available in pre-HM on principle. Also because I needed to learn how to make globals. Ideally, I'd like to make a few more smaller, self-contained balance changes if only as an exercise in finishing projects, but I suppose time will tell. This is the third iteration of a mod originally meant to just do things with reforges, but I got so caught up with Summoner, that I decided to add a bit more for them The mod comes with three new reforge stats for weapons... - Summon Cost, increases/decreases how many slots minions/sentries occupy - Summon Speed, increases/decreases the speed of minions/sentries - Armor Penetration, for summoner, which scales off of the enemy's Defense As well as new accessory reforges, such as: - 1% and 3% versions of the Crit Chance reforges - Arcane is reworked to give mana regeneration, along with being given versions for different tiers - Added accessory reforges that increase Ranged Velocity and Ammo Conservation chance The mod also introduces Tinkerer Hammers, a new type of item that is necessary for reforging items. However, they provide additional stats and effects to them as well! Tinkerer hammers each have a Tier, which corresponds to the power level of the reforges you can get. Every reforge has been reworked and sorted into tiers, within within which all reforges are meant to have the same power level! Negative reforges have also been removed and reworked into low tier positive ones! Aside from that, the mod also makes it so the last 3 reforges cannot be rolled again, which, compounded with the above changes, should make getting a desirable reforge much easier.
