Death events have been reworked. Mediumcore and Classic players now respawn directly at their spawn point upon death, with their dropped items stored in a specially generated tombstone chest near the death location. If the area around the death point cannot accommodate the chest, it will be generated somewhere else in the world, reachable via the teleport item you receive when you spawn.
