PVP server anti-leave system

For PVP dedicated servers only. Mostly on pvp server players can easily leave whenever PvP happens. But with this mod leaving is possible only in special places. If some player need to exit game, first he/she need to find triangle portal, stand on them, and then leave. Leaving on any other place will cause drop of all inventory to the ground. For Admins: ------------------ If you have Islands mod, exit points are already exist in your world. If you don't have this mod, then you can spawn exit using c_spawn("telebase1") or c_spawn("telebase") command in any place you want. telebase is descructable exit point, telebase1 - undestructable. In "all" mode every item will drop while leaving, in "backpack" mode only backpack or sack will drop. By default "backpack" mode is used.

The Shadow Flame from the Shadow Thurible can "purify" the Brightshade, leaving nothing behind. If you want, you can also make the Night Light and Willow's Shadow Fire have the same effect. If you don't mind, you can even let the Brightshade leave their loot. Have a good time!

Based on Deja Vus Advanced World Generation mod: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=503187227 This mod does NOT include the "infused" (caves on overworld) or startingitems setting and stuff like this. This is only normal world generation and setpieces. I improved the code a bit, made the settings more clear (added description how the setpieces look like), added a "GameDefault" option and changed the default settings. I also added the grotto back to the layouts (removed from the game by update from 15.08.19), but grotto is disabled by default anyway in modsettings.
