Functional Medal: Durability, Recipes & Boss Balance This is an add-on for “Functional Medal”. The original mod must also be enabled. Main Features - Adjust medal acquisition, durability, repair rates, book uses, and the durability of selected tools and structures - Set positive buff duration to Original, 2x, or 5x without extending negative effects - Adjust the difficulty of the Withering Bee, Night Krampus, and Lightbane Remains while preserving their original mechanics - Set the Advanced Fusion Medal to 6/9/12/15 slots and the Origin Medal to 9/12/15/18 slots - Optional item and medal recipes are available in the separate “More Medal Items” crafting tab Character Medals - Strongman Medal: Improves combat, work, hauling, rowing, and marble tools - Alchemy Medal: Use a Blank Medal on an Alchemy Engine once to obtain it; the engine is not consumed. While equipped, it allows every character to use Wilson's material conversion recipes - Time Medal: Allows every character to craft and use Wanda's pocket watches and gain shadow bonuses based on health The Strongman Medal and Time Medal become stronger when placed in the Origin Medal. Strongman Medal Strongman's Trial recipe: 1 Blank Medal, 5 Marble, and 4 Cooked Potatoes. Strongman's Trial starts with 100 durability. While wearing it, finish chopping with a Marble Axe or mining with a Marble Pickaxe to reduce its durability. Cooked Potatoes can also be inserted directly in stacks. At zero durability, the trial upgrades into the Strongman Medal. Work progress follows the Medal Acquisition Multiplier and displays a durability-loss message. - Attack multiplier: 1.5 for other characters and 1.35 for Wolfgang - With the Origin Medal: 2.0 for other characters and 1.75 for Wolfgang - Wolfgang has full work efficiency and gains an extra 5 percentage points of instant-work chance - While wearing the Strongman Medal, Marble Axes and Pickaxes gain the positive speed and hunger effects of the advanced Logging and Miner Medals Multipliers, boss difficulty, and additional recipes can all be adjusted or disabled in the mod configuration.
