You can choose not to include each type of rucksack in the options. Currently, only size and availability are customizable. More is about to come in future updates! At the moment, these rucksacks serve as a way to keep additional items in portable storage in your inventory (they can go into your pocket. It's impossible to throw them inside a chest) Size customization allows you to balance everything if needed.
