What is SkyFactory One?
SkyFactory One brings the series' original concept back to Minecraft 1.16.5: an official remake by the Darkosto team that reimagines the classic tree start in a modern, accessible way.
Starting from a single tree, you earn every resource through farming and automation — leaner and more direct than later SkyFactory editions.
SkyFactory One focuses on the core: chop the tree, breed saplings, sieve resources and automate step by step — without the bloat of later editions, but with modern 1.16 tech.
It is the ideal way into the skyblock genre with friends: progress is felt quickly, the island stays manageable, and the compact world runs smoothly even on smaller configurations.

What is the difference to SkyFactory 4?
SkyFactory One is the modernized, leaner remake of the original concept on 1.16.5. SkyFactory 4 is the large 1.12.2 prestige pack with significantly more mods and scope.
Is 6 GB RAM enough?
Stable for 2 to 5 players, yes. With more players or larger farms you can raise the RAM in the panel at any time.
