How many players can join?
In the current tariff, 2 GB RAM is paired with up to 12 player slots and 4 GB RAM with up to 20 player slots. The configurator shows the exact limit for your selection.
Which plugins are supported?
Plugins from the official LabAPI catalog install with a single click from your dashboard — custom SCP roles, event scripting, admin tools, and gameplay modifications. EXILED plugins still run, but they are not part of the one-click path: you upload EXILED yourself via the File Manager or SFTP.
Can I create custom SCPs or roles?
Yes. LabAPI plugins let you create custom SCP entities, modify existing roles, and add entirely new roles — you define abilities, spawn conditions, and items through config files, no coding required. Older plugins such as "Custom Roles" or "Subclass" require EXILED and are installed manually via the File Manager.
How do I configure rounds, rules, and decontamination?
All core settings — round time, decontamination timer, class spawn ratios, friendly fire, and item spawns — are controlled via `config_gameplay.txt` and the LabAPI configs in the dashboard. Changes take effect after the next server restart, so you can fine-tune your own ruleset.

Yes. All game servers run in German data centres (Falkenstein and Limburg) connected to the major German exchanges — low pings for players across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and solid latency for the rest of Europe.
