How do I set up admin rights (ULX)?
Via ULX and ULib — the standard admin mod for Garry's Mod. Upload both as add-ons and add your SteamID as superadmin. You then get an in-game admin menu for kick/ban, group permissions, map changes, and more.

Yes. All game servers run in German data centres (Falkenstein and Limburg) connected to the major German exchanges — low pings for players across Germany, Austria and Switzerland, and solid latency for the rest of Europe.
